 The Proskillz Training App is the perfect resource for helping our members reach their athletic goals. Each member will have their own personalized training app where we send customized workouts, coaching videos, nutrition info, and much more. Each workout is recorded by our Professionals then loaded into members apps on a weekly basis for the term of their club membership. All workouts/drills have video and text descriptions for athletes to follow once they step into the Proskillz Training Facility and all apps have a built-in messenger where the member has 24/7 access to staff. Once the member completes their Complimentary Skills Assessment, they will then be placed in the proper Virtual Program. All virtual workouts are progressive and structured like in-person training.

Group Training

1 FREE Class with Membership ($40 value)

Members have the choice of choosing either Virtual Training or Group Training with their membership. If a member chooses Group Training, they have the privilege to join any Group Session we have during the month. Members can choose between Speed Class, Agility/Footwork Class, Strength and Skills Class, Sport-Specific Classes, or any of our 3 Level Classes. Members are discounted on any and all services we provide.

For example, if a member wants to do Private training on top of their gym membership, they will receive 15% off of that training package..
